Yesterday I spoke in a Westminster Hall debate on the importance of hospices.
MPs from all parties shared deeply personal stories of how hospices have cared for their loved ones so well, and comforted their family and friends at such a difficult time.
I responded on behalf of the Labour Party, talking about the importance of a ‘good death’ and the support hospices need to make this a reality for those in their care. You can read my full speech here, and see a clip above.
