On Monday 25 June I attended a parliamentary reception to celebrate the appointment of Maggie Galliers, Principal of Leicester College, as the new President-elect of the Association of Colleges.
I know from her work at Leicester College that Maggie will be a fantastic champion for learning and the vital role colleges play up and down the country. I wish her every success with her new appointment.
