On February 8th, I met a group of residents at the Quadrant – a complex of 37 flats that help older people stay living independently. They raised a number of concerns with me including problems with the heating in their flats and the state of the patios, which they are worried could put elderly residents at risk of having a fall. I will be taking these issues up with Riverside Housing Association as a matter of urgency.
