On Thursday 3rd November I led a debate in Parliament on the impact of leaving the EU on financial and related professional services. 2 million people are employed in these sectors, two thirds of whom are based outside Greater London – including almost 7,000 here in Leicester.
The Government should provide greater clarity about its Brexit plans so that businesses can plan for the future, so we protect jobs and growth, and so we get the best possible deal for Britain. You can watch the debate here or read it here.
