Last Friday, I visited B-Inspired, which is providing work and training opportunities for people in Braunstone. It’s a fantastic charity at the heart of the local community.

B-Inspired’s ‘Active Leicester’ project has been providing free sport sessions to local residents, giving them the chance to try something new. The Rio Olympics and Paralympics show that we have some of the greatest athletes in the world, but everyone has to start somewhere.
