I met with Gillian from the Integrated Care Home who introduced me to residents and staff. I was moved by the relationships between the residents and the staff, who work tirelessly to provide emotional and physical support for the residents with complex needs. It was clear to see the staff love their work and care deeply for the residents who were all getting into the Christmas spirit.
