It was a real honour to be asked by Leicester Unity Boxing Club to present an award to Billy Martin, in memory of his friend Athena Orchard who tragically died earlier this year from a rare form of cancer, aged just 12 years old.

The whole club came together to raise money for Athena but Billy went the extra mile, raising over £1,500 – including by shaving off his hair. I think Billy is a very special young man, and I am proud to have presented him with the award.
