Improving local provision of health and social care is a key priority for me as a constituency MP. In my national role as the Shadow Minister for Care and Older People, I am also leading Labour’s health and care policy review.

I set up the Leicester West Health and Social Care Forum to provide an important opportunity for key local stakeholders to come together and make improvements in Leicester, and also to help shape Labour’s national thinking in this crucial area. You can read a summary of our first meeting here.
