Last week the House of Commons debated a Labour Party motion calling on the Government to publish the NHS Risk Register, which is a document outlining the potential risks of the Government’s Health and Social Care Bill. I had the privilege of giving the closing speech in the debate from the Opposition front bench. I set out the risks of the Health Bill and called on the Government to publish the Risk Register so this is clear to patients, the public and NHS staff.
