Joining up our health and care services and shifting the focus towards prevention is better for patients and for taxpayers. Labour’s plan for investment and reform will ensure our NHS is fit for the future and can meet the challenges of long-term conditions and our ageing population.

A quarter of us are now living with 2 or more long term conditions. Labour will build an NHS fit for the future by joining up services and shifting the focus towards prevention, which is better for patients and for taxpayers.
