Thousands of people took to the streets for the Nagar Kirtan parade to mark Vaisakhi in Leicester.
There was an incredible turnout for Nagar Kirtan today, starting at Guru Nanak Gurdwara in Leicester West.
The event saw Leicester’s Sikh community make the journey between two of the city’s main Gurdwaras, from Holy Bones near St Nicholas Circle up to East Park Road in Highfields.
