Food and drink is the UK’s biggest manufacturing sector – larger than automotive & aerospace combined.
So it was great to visit Walkers crisps in Leicester (who produce 11m crisp packets a day!) to discuss their skills needs, and meet local staff, apprentices and graduate trainees.
