On Friday 11th March I met with Brahmpreet, one of our City’s two Youth Parliament representatives. We discussed the launch of their ‘Don’t Hate, Educate’, a fantastic campaign which focuses on tackling racism.
Brahmpreet and her fellow Youth Parliament members are working with Leicester City Council, the Police and the University of Leicester to help educate young people about the negative impacts racism can have on society. I am really pleased to be supporting such a great campaign.
