Last week, I joined in with Google’s interactive assembly teaching students at Slater Primary School about keeping safe online. The assembly taught the children about thinking before they share anything online, using strong passwords to protect their stuff, checking a website is real before giving out their details and respecting others. More of us use the internet now than ever before and ensuring children are educated about the risks as well as amazing opportunities of being online, the safer they will be.
