On Friday I attended the Carer’s Centre’s ‘Health & Wellbeing Project Launch’, at Stoneygate Baptist Church. The event was a fantastic opportunity to see the range of support available for people with caring responsibilities, with services like LCiL, the Alzheimer’s Society and Live Well Leicester all represented.

As well as tips on relaxation and stress management, the Carer’s Centre provides information on carer’s rights, dementia support, adult education, and much more.
