This month, I visited the Voco Hotel in Leicester, where I met students working hard on their supported internships.
They are helped by brilliant coaches and compassionate employers, who see their value and recognise their contribution.
I am so proud of all of the young people in this video, and all of those in Leicester who have taken part in the scheme.
