I recently met with local residents in Beaumont Leys to discuss the challenges of Brexit and what should happen next in order to get the best deal for jobs, businesses and workers’ rights. I was joined by Sophy Ridge, from Sky News as part of her programme on Sunday mornings.

It is really important to me to hear my constituent’s views, whether they voted to Leave or Remain, and to find out what their priorities are for the future. I will continue to do all I can to hold the Government to account for its decisions, and to fight for the best deal possible for our city.
