I spoke to BBC Radio Leicester about the changes workers at Samworth Brothers in Leicestershire are facing, which could see their pay cut. People have been promised a pay rise, with the increase in the minimum wage, but what appears to be happening is that cuts to bonuses, bank holiday pay, overtime pay and Sunday pay mean that many workers are actually going to see a pay cut, not a pay rise, which would be wrong.
